The overall schedule outline is: 

Oct 21 Wednesday @2pm: Registration begins

Oct 24 Saturday @9pm: Final concert ends

Hotel check-in is 3pm each day and check-out is 11am each day. We recommend arriving Tuesday Oct 20 if you are able so you won't need to check-in the same day the festival starts (and you get to start the party early!)
